Customer Account Coordinator

General Purpose of Job:  Responsible for data and order entry, invoicing, and performing Receptionist duties as needed. Provide support in Customer Service department as requested. 

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Complete data and order entry with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
  • Process customer invoicing daily.
  • Provide support with operational functions.
  • Rotate and perform assigned work duties as needed between Customer Service teams.
  • Serve as a back up for Receptionist.
  • Adhere to and maintain compliance with established systems, policies and procedures.
  • Comply with all safety and housekeeping expectations and 5s standards.
  • Keep supervisor(s) informed of progress, issues and successes.
  • Identify, recommend and implement opportunities for continuous performance and process improvements.
  • Foster a spirit of cooperation and teamwork within and between departments.
  • Demonstrate and uphold Company values.

 Skill, Competency, and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of three (3) years customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills required, including experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel).  ERP experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • A high level of attention to detail, organization and follow-through skills.
  • Demonstrated sound judgement, problem solving and decision-making in emotional, difficult and stressful situations.

Strong customer service (internal and external) focus.



Garage Door Installer (Carpenter) Current Openings:  (3)

  We will train the right person! We are seeking an individual with high energy, customer first attitude, quality, safety and mechanically minded, and an ability to maintain excellent attendance.  

 General Purpose of Job:

Install garage doors and related equipment in residential settings while exceeding customer expectations and meeting Company standards. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install garage doors and related equipment using a variety of power tools, hand tools and ladders.
  • Review assigned job tickets and determine correct equipment and parts to be loaded for transport to job sites.
  • Load and unload garage door sections and parts in trucks and transport to assigned job sites daily.
  • Assemble doors, tracks, springs, openers, and related equipment at the job site.
  • Deliver a high level of service to internal and external customers. 
  • Log job completion, including parts used and time on the job site and submit to Coordinator daily.
  • Clear jobs at the end of each day with Coordinator.
  • Maintain vehicle, equipment, tools, and inventory in a clean, safe, and efficient manner to obtain optimum operation.
  • Adhere to and maintain compliance with established systems, policies and procedures.
  • Comply with all safety and housekeeping expectations and 5s standards.

Skill, Competency, and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Six (6) months of installation or related experience preferred.

  • Must have a current and valid driver’s license in good standing.

  • Ability to obtain DOT certification required.

Physical Demands

The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; talk and hear; perform repetitive motion.  The employee is regularly required to stand; walk, climb ladders; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.  The employee must frequently carry, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally 150 pounds with assistance. 


Warehouse Associate

 

General Purpose of Job

 Manufacture, organize, and prepare garage door materials for installation, service, and wholesale, according to sales orders and quality standards.

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  Fabricate garage door sections according to customer specifications, including insulating, lining, cutting window openings and installing framed windows.

  • Build overhead garage door tracking systems and prepare for installation, service, and wholesale.
  • Pack, organize and stage garage door hardware kits.
  • Pull doors, openers, tracks and hardware and stage materials.
  • Load and unload raw material and supply trucks.
  • Assist Field Service team members load trucks.
  • Perform inventory counts and track inventory levels.
  • Complete paperwork for materials received.
  • Distribute deliveries.
  • Deliver completed doors to job sites. 

 

 Skill, Competency, and Experience Requirements

  High school diploma or GED required.

  • One (1) year of warehouse experience preferred. 
  • Strong communication skills required.
  • Computer skill proficiency required.
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification required.
  • Ability to obtain a DOT driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record. 

  Physical Demands

 The employee is regularly required to sit, stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 100 pounds or more with assistance.
