Responsibilities

Join our rapidly growing concrete division, working out of Norwood Young America!

Manage the scheduling and resource allocation of assigned concrete personnel while achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction, safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability.

Support employees in their role of delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Oversee work progress, equipment, or construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of employees.
Work directly with customers in troubleshooting, scheduling, and resolving complaints.
Train new and existing employees.
Assists skilled labor when necessary.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing team members on use of equipment and resources.
