  • Enter presold orders into accounting software in partnership with Outside Sales Reps.
  • Provide customer support on presold orders by answering questions and presenting feedback.
  • Provide back-up for Customer Relationship Specialist by fielding customer inquiries, communicating order status, and resolving customer concerns.
  • Engage with customer via phone and in person, determining their general need and providing them with the next steps in the buying process.  Coordinate the introduction to an Outside Sales Representative.
  • Distribute leads to the outside sales team from multiple sources, including in person, phone, website and social media platforms.
  • Respond to general inquiries from potential customers on social media platforms and keeping management informed on trends.
  • Compile and maintain department reports (CRM, market, and Keystone reports).
  • Responsible for ensuring the timely opening and closing of the idc-Automatic showroom.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, organized, and fully stocked showroom to include marketing brochures, catalogs, color samples and chips, beverages, snacks, and paper products.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Responsible for staying informed on all new and existing product lines.
  • Always be a brand advocate.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service, account management or sales experience preferred or a combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient computer skills required, including experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.  CRM and/or ERP experience preferred.  Strong social media skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • A high level of attention to detail, organization, time management and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to successfully work independently and in a team environment.  Strong relationship building skills required.
