A Message About COVID-19


To Our Customers,

Amidst the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the safety and well-being of our customers and employees remains a top priority. Our office and showroom will remain open by appointment only.  Our wholesale parts desk will be supported by staff working from home, we will process orders over the phone and accept payment.  We will have warehouse staff onsite to immediately pull parts and doors and either stage in a safe area or load onto your vehicle while you wait.  We are staffed with only essential personnel on site at this time, we appreciate your patience while we work through this unprecedented pandemic. Service calls and installations will continue as scheduled as well.

Our customers have been extremely gracious when our field technicians remind them of the CDC’s guidelines of social distancing and of the need to limit all interactions.  We are currently accepting only credit card payments or payment on account and have had great success in this change.  Idc-Automatic is encouraging customers to remain in their house while our technicians are there and to wipe all surfaces after we leave.  Again, we appreciate the support we have received from you all.

Idc-Automatic is exempt (section 6.x.) from the current Executive Order 20-20 Directing Minnesotans to Stay at Home.  We will continue to install and service doors with the skill and professionalism you have always counted on.  We will continue to monitor the situation and the recommendations from the CDC and the government and encourage you to do the same.
